This workout is a much-needed, fresh approach to establishing healthy and foundational exercise principles and disciplines. In today’s society where the “quick fix” solution dominates, little has been done to establish the basics. Having attainable and realistic goals is a must. Most exercise schemes and programs begin at much too high a level for the majority of people. This results in failure, despair, depression and a hopeless attitude. Afterwards, the person many times places activity or exercise on the back burner until the next big “quick fix” solution comes around. The circle of despair is then set to continue.
This is where the 4E Fitness programs are different. If you can walk, you can do it. They are designed with simple exercise principles that are formed in a one-step-at-a-time methodology. Focusing on overall strength, cardiovascular and muscular development. It is NOT about weight loss, but instead about body composition change. The programs are positive, encouraging and uplifting. Success is the goal; failure is a non-occurrence. I call it progressive successes!
The different levels are described below and are intended to be completed in order (progressively). Carefully assess your fitness level based on the description given. It is better to start too easy, be consistent, stay healthy, and set good habits than to begin too high and suffer setbacks. If you are uncertain, start at the level below. These DVDs are designed for SUCCESS, something I will help you achieve. If you are at a basic fitness level, consider ordering the intermediate as well OR better yet, the entire set. Having goals are important. DO NOT start at too high of a level. That is counterproductive and does not align with our vision and mission.
FITNESS LEVELS
Mark, My wife Kathy and I are so glad we came across you at Mannafest and purchased your workout videos. We are currently preparing for (getting in shape for) an 18 day self guided and self propelled “rowed” trip through the Grand Canyon. We have enjoyed other workout videos over the years, but were looking for something new to help us prepare for the trip. Your approach is excellent and different from others. The exercises are simple and “doable” enough that we look forward to our 6:00 a.m. workout each morning. The pace we are advancing is so nice and easy that it really isn’t very noticeable. We look forward to receiving our next two dvd’s and we’ll send you an update when we return from our trip toward the end of July. Thanks for the time and effort you invested in putting the workouts together.

I am the physical training coordinator for a large metropolitan police department. I have utilized 4E Fitness training principles (especially the advanced level DVD) in training the recruits. Definitely, we have seen benefits in strength, endurance, and flexibility. I would recommend all three levels (basic, intermediate, and advanced) of the training.

As a chiropractor, I fully understand the benefit of muscular skeletal health. The movements demonstrated in the 4E Fitness program are safe and effective and will promote increased flexibility, strength, and endurance. It is a program designed for broutine that is simple and generates success, I recommend the 4E Fitness Activity Program.
