4E Fitness was born out of frustration and determination. Mark’s frustration grew out of seeing so many wrestle with health, self image, and confidence issues stemming from a lack of fundamental fitness and knowledge. He, like others, has watched, year after year, new fad diets arise. Mark has known family and friends who have complained of chronic pain from “intense and insane” workouts! Mark became determined to break through the marketing noise of “the next great workout,” that only 2% of the population can realistically accomplish. So 4E Fitness was born and is thriving!
4E Fitness’ mission is to motivate, encourage, and train people around the world how to internalize the necessity to incorporate activity (exercise) into their daily and weekly routines. Internalization is the key or “tipping point” in encouraging the ‘regular’ person to make the decision to begin an activity (exercise) routine. The person must become internally motivated rather than being driven along by scales and weight loss. People must realize that a regular, well-planned activity (exercise) routine, will promote emotional stability, improved physical health, and overall improvement of life quality. When these factors become internalized or owned, a person prioritizes the activity program and makes it an integral part of their life routine.
Whether educating on physical activity or how to better deal with stress and mental fatigue, 4E Fitness is seeing lives changed daily and permanently. It is this consistent life-changing philosophy that has grown 4E Fitness into what it is today.
